Who can use Estate Concierge?

Estate Concierge is for adults 18 years and older residing in Texas.

How much does it cost?

Cost varies based on your needs. You only pay for what you select. Members receive discounts on legal services.

Can I use my legal insurance?

No, we do not participate in legal insurance networks or accept insurance as payment.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Estate Concierge complies with HIPAA, Texas laws, and attorney conduct standards, using secure platforms for communications and document storage.

We use technology to provide legal services remotely, including consultations, apps, and digital tools to increase access.

How does Virtual work?

Using a computer, smartphone, or other device, you can consult attorneys via video, audio, or messaging apps.

How do I get started?

Visit PlanWithEC.com, click “Schedule Consultation” or “Help me decide,” and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

What information do I need for my appointment?

Please prepare any existing estate planning documents ahead of your appointment.

Providers

Who is the legal provider I will see during my appointments?

We work with licensed Texas attorneys based on your specific estate planning needs. Estate Concierge is not a law firm.

Do I need to speak to a lawyer to receive an estate plan?

Yes, only licensed attorneys can offer legal planning. Our providers help reduce probate risks with preventive lawyering.

How long does it take?

You’ll speak to an attorney within 3 days of enrollment, who will guide and draft your estate plan through execution.

Do I have access to a real attorney?

Yes. Members can book licensed Texas attorneys any time and receive discounted fees.

How do I get my documents?

Documents are delivered via notaries under contract after legal preparation by Estate Concierge's attorneys.

Financials and Billing

When do I pay?

Payment is made when you purchase a membership or services — always with your full consent.

What payment methods are accepted?

VISA, Mastercard, Amex are accepted. Checks are not.

Can I access my legal documents later?

Yes, via our secure member portal. You can store and access your estate documents online.

Do I need to be an existing customer to use Tele-Lawyer?

No. Anyone over 18 can schedule a virtual consultation. Members pay less per session.

Can I get a refund if not satisfied?

Refunds may be issued if we cannot assist. Contact support@planwithEC.com with questions or issues.

What if I want to change my documents?

Document edits after completion will require a $175 reprint fee.
